A delicious weeknight meatless Monday solution that will be on your table in less than 30 minutes. Serves 6-8 generously. Can also add ground meat if you would like.
๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ง๐๐๐:
โข 8 Oz Fresh or canned mushrooms (drained)
โข 4 cups of chicken stock
โข ยฝ C shredded mozzarella cheese
๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ:
โข 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1. In a 12โ skillet combine Skillet mix with mushrooms and 4 cups chicken stock. Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking.
2. When noodles are cooked through to your desired consistency, turn heat off and sprinkle on ยฝ cup of mozzarella cheese.
3. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving. Serve with a green salad to make a complete meal.
If using the optional meat, add in step one.
