Our Return Policy

Hey there, and thank you so much for shopping with The Bouncing Doodle!

We’re all about spreading happiness — so if something doesn’t work out, we totally understand. Here's how we handle returns:

Start a Return

Not loving something? No worries! Just click here within 3 days of receiving your order to start the return or exchange process.

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Please don’t send anything back without first submitting a return request through our portal— we promise to get you taken care of!

  • We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

❌ What’s Final Sale?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Jewelry, intimates, swimwear, and shoes
  • Food or edible items
  • Sale items, giveaways, promotional items, discounted items, or anything purchased with loyalty points

If an item is marked FINAL SALE, it's just that — final.

Just a Heads Up…

If your return has perfume, smoke, pet hair, visible wear, or blemishes, we’ll have to send it back to you (at your cost) and future returns may not be accepted. We really don’t want to go there, so please make sure your items are in tip-top shape!

Refunds & Processing

  • Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days once we receive your item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping fees or for packages lost in transit — please contact your shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
