Calm the Crave: Remove the lid and inhale deeply through each nostril 2–3 times before meals or whenever cravings arise. Use as needed throughout the day.

Mindful Magic: Uncap and hold just below one nostril. Close the other nostril and take 2–3 slow, steady breaths while counting to four on the inhale and six on the exhale. Switch sides and repeat. Use before tasks, study sessions, or meetings for a clear, centered headspace.

Big Energy: Uncap and hold the inhaler just below one nostril. Close the other nostril and INHALE DEEPLY FOR A REFRESHING BOOST OF ENERGY, FOCUS, AND POSITIVE MOMENTUM.

Humble Hippie: Uncap and hold the inhaler just below one nostril. Close the other nostril and INHALE DEEPLY BEFORE OR DURING PRAYER, MEDITATION, OR QUIET MOMENTS TO INVITE CALM, BALANCE, AND CENTERED PEACE.

Sleep Well: Uncap and hold the inhaler just below one nostril. Close the other nostril and take 2–3 slow, deep breaths.. inhale for 4, exhale for 6. Switch sides and repeat. Use 10–15 minutes before bed or if you wake in the night.

  • Shipping Method: We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on what gets your order to you fastest.

  • Tracking Info: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order hits the road. You can also find tracking in your recent orders.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $9.00
  • FREE Shipping Club:  On the first of every month we offer a chance to gain access to our free ship club. If you meet the requirements of that months challenge, you will have FREE shipping for the rest of the month.
  • Note: We currently only ship within the United States (for now).

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s officially in your hands. If your package is missing, please reach out to the carrier first and then contact us — we’ll do what we can to help!
  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
